Due to the custom nature of our furniture manufactured in our Weilerbach, Germany workshop, all orders are made specifically to your specifications, dimensions, and design preferences. Custom furniture pieces such as dining tables, wardrobes, and kitchen islands cannot be returned or exchanged in the same way as standard retail products, in accordance with German consumer protection laws regarding custom-made goods.
As a German custom furniture manufacturer, we take great care to ensure that every piece of custom furniture meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship, in compliance with German DIN standards. If you change your mind about a custom furniture order before production begins, you may cancel the order. However, any deposits or payments made may be subject to cancellation fees as specified in your individual project agreement.
Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or modified without incurring additional costs, as materials may have been ordered and work may have commenced.
We work closely with you during the consultation phase to ensure accurate measurements. If there are measurement errors on our part that result in furniture that does not fit your space, we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include modification, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
If measurement errors are due to incorrect information provided by the customer, modification or replacement may incur additional charges.

All custom furniture manufactured in our German workshop comes with a 10-year warranty on structural components, in accordance with German warranty law (Gewährleistung).
